The Brent Eley Foundation proudly supports post-doctoral research in childhood cancer
From 1999 to 2009, the Brent Eley Foundation selected one Junior Faculty member or postdoctoral (Ph.D. and/or M.D.) applicant to receive the Brent Eley Memorial Fellowship. This funding provided support for childhood cancer research in basic or translational research in the following areas: childhood cancer, bone marrow transplantation or stem cell biology. The award was intended for either a Junior Faculty member or postdoctoral (Ph.D.and/or M.D.) fellow who was either establishing his/her own independent research program or who was performing research in a recognized laboratory or clinical setting.
Since 2010, the Brent Eley Foundation has been focusing resources to address the growing need for our services, with continued support of increasing knowledge of treatment among medical professionals with the Brent Eley Foundation Visiting Professor Program. As we look to the future, we will continue to evaluate the opportunity to financially support cancer research.
